Benjamin Winkelman started this firm in 2022 as he left Parker, Winkelman and Parker, P.S. where he practiced law for more than 20 years.  Winkelman Law Firm, Inc. adds services for large corporate clients and brings current technology into an expanding practice.  Housed in a beautiful brick building on the Hoquiam waterfront, the firm offers varied legal services and more than 20 offices and conference rooms to accommodate corporate clients, conferences, mediation and arbitration services.   In 1949 Omar S. Parker started a solo practice that later became Parker, Winkelman & Parker, P.S.  Arlis W. Johnson joined Omar in 1959 and in 1974 Omar’s son, Jon C. Parker, joined the firm, at that time called Parker, Johnson & Parker, P.S.. Benjamin R. Winkelman joined the firm in August of 2000 and became a partner in 2011 when the firm came to be known as Parker & Winkelman, P.S.  A third-generation Parker began working for the firm in January 2007 and in January 2014 James T. Parker joined the firm known as Parker, Winkelman & Parker, P.S.  When Mr. Winkelman left the firm in early 2022 the name of that firm changed to Parker & Parker Law Offices, Inc. P.S. and Winkelman Law Firm, Inc. was established.  Both law firms maintain the professional relationships and mutual respect molded while the attorneys worked together for many years.
